Great location, very handy for all amenities. Good that there is a reserved parking space. Nice and warm.

Staying in the oldest property of Machynlleth gives a special feeling. The house is fully equipped. In the front of this property is a wonderful bakery! And it is on the doorstep of Snowdonia and near the sea.

The cottage is very cosy and welcoming. The decor is sympathetic to the history and style of architecture. It is in a perfect location for exploring the area as most of the places we visited were within half hour drive. Lots of beautiful walks in forests, coast, sand dunes, nature reserves, waterfalls, rivers, craft centre, heritage railways, mines. The town has plenty of places to eat, we especially enjoyed the deli on the corner of the house and the vegetarian restaurant. The fish and chips and takeaway from the nearby Indian were very good as were the freshly made pizzas from the deli, cooked only on Saturday evenings, very popular. Lots of interesting shops and a well stocked Co-op. We had no issue with parking behind MOMA as it is only a two minute walk away.
