Curl up on the plush L-shape sofa which sits in front of a Smart TV, before the chef of the group rustles up a delicious home-cooked meal and gathers the family around the dining table for a sociable evening. If you can tear yourself away from this wonderful cottage, a short stroll will bring you to the local pub where you will be delighted with the warming welcome, if you fancy a special treat one evening. To keep you busy whilst staying here, the surrounding area has been carved as one of the best locations for outdoor pursuits, with a nearby river for walking, fishing, climbing and kayaking available within a short distance. For those feeling adventurous, there is the Slate Mountain, Zip World, Bounce Below and Antur Stiniog waiting to be explored. Further afield is the coastal town of Porthmadog and the iconic Italian-style village, Portmeirion. Horeb Chapel House is a refreshing break within an area surrounded by natural beauty.

Tanygrisiau is a traditional Welsh village with a name which means "below the steps", referring to the cliffs above the village. It rests within the Snowdonia National Park and is superb for walking and other outdoor pursuits. Close by is Blaenau Ffestiniog, where you will find a wealth of shops, pubs and eateries. Also within close reach is the delightful Betws-y-Coed and the Italianate Village of Portmeirion.
