Arranged over two floors, providing upside down accommodation this lovely property is nicely appointed and provides everything you will need for a wonderful break away and seaside holiday, being only a 20 minute walk away from, what is arguably one of the most beautiful, sandy and unspoilt beaches in this area. On the ground floor are two of the three bedrooms, a double and a bunk room together with a well-appointed, modern bathroom. Upstairs, spacious open plan living accommodation boasts a kitchen area, a comfy sitting area with a glimpse of Harlech Castle and hillside beyond and the dining area provides an ideal place to enjoy a family meal together. The third bedroom, a single is also on this floor. Outside, the landscaped communal gardens, which are largely lawned with trees is a wonderful environment for children to play and provides a lovely spot where you can sit and enjoy the sea air with a glass of your favourite tipple! Dune Chorus is within walking distance of a shop and dog friendly pubs on the lower flat road and also up to the town centre, with a selection of shops, tea rooms and restaurants, as well as the Castle. One of the streets to the castle is known as Y Llech and it holds the record as the steepest street in the world attracting visitors who wish to venture up. For golf lovers, Royal St Davids links golf course is close by and an absolute must, and Harlech swimming pool and climbing wall is a great place for children and adults. When you've had enough of the beach, head inland and enjoy the myriad of footpaths and outdoor pursuits that the Snowdonia National Park has to offer. Barmouth, Porthmadog, and the world-famous Italianate village and gardens of Portmeirion are all within easy access and well worth a visit. And for something a little more adrenaline fuelled, Zip World Titan, Caverns and Bounce Below are located at Blaenau Ffestiniog, a 20 minute drive away. Situated in a magnificent position the delightful small town of Harlech is dominated by its majestic 13th century castle. Harlech Castle is recognised as the most impressive of all those built in North Wales by Edward I and has World Heritage status. The town is very popular with golfers, who come to enjoy the famous Royal St. Davids course, whilst the beautiful sandy beach is wonderful for family fun and long walks. Harlech offers an excellent variety of amenities including some good quality restaurants.
