The property boasts a warm, open-plan kitchen/living area cosy log burner, family bathroom, four comfortable bedrooms - one with en suite shower room, and a spacious lawned garden with BBQ, swing set and a private hot tub with a scenic backdrop. Set within Snowdonia National Park with a number of nearby woodland trails and walking routes, Beudy Erw'r March is the perfect haven for walking enthusiasts and mountain bikers of all capabilities. The nearby town of Dinas Mawddwy is home to a popular craft centre and cafe, a garden centre, two pubs and even plays host the annual Red Bull Hardline mountain biking competition. Known as the Ancient Capital of Wales, the pretty market town of Machynlleth is just 10 minutes away by car and offers a great selection of unique stores, local restaurants and pubs as well as the oldest street market in Britain.

General: Central heating and electricity included. First basket load of logs for the log burner included. Bed linen, towels and 4 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
