  A beautiful, modern and well-maintained property situated in beautiful Welsh countryside. Lots of space for two of us, but I can see it being plenty for 3-5 people too. It has a well-equipped kitchen a good-sized dining space with an extendable table. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy and the bathroom/en suites are excellent. Nora is a wonderful property owner and host and provided helpful suggestions with things to do in the local area. Not only that, she provided some much appreciated welcome treats. The village of Llanfynydd is quaint and pretty and the Pen Y Bont Inn is a nice place for a drink and a meal. Apart from the pub, there are no other amenities, so you’ll have to go further afield for a shop. You’re not far from either Carmarthen or Llandeilo so you won’t have to travel a long way for supplies. The route to Llanfynydd is down rural roads, but there are regular and suitable spots for vehicles in both directions to pass by. I would definitely stay here again.

  The cottage is situated in a beautiful area with walks close by and the stunning view of the ruined abbey when you step outside the door.

  Inside it is warm and well decorated and the open fire was fantastic. The Christmas tree was a nice bonus and loved it. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of pillows and well appointed. The blackout blinds meant it stayed dark so had a good nights sleep everytime. Was easy to find as well signed on the approach road. Pet friendly and was able to take my dog along and because of where it is lots of great places to take him for a walk just outside the front door. I plan to return next year.

  We enjoyed our holiday at this property very much. There was a warm welcome from the owners and the property is new, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed sitting chatting in the comfy chairs in the garden, admiring the view, and same in the lovely light dining room where we tended to congregate. The pub along the road does good food and we were not short of places to visit and things to do - the nearby Aberglasney Gardens and Llansteffan beach are particularly recomended.

  Second stay at Buzzards Watch.

  Some great little upgrades with new TV and book case unit. New pans and kitchen equipment. It’s a great place to stay. Reliable internet and the TV allows you to access range of apps for streaming. The open fire is fantastic and the wood provided is a lovely gesture as is the Bara Brith. The beds are super comfy and well appointed and the central heating keeps the place warm though it’s always nice having the fire going in the evening. Will certainly be back.

  The property is brand new and finished and furnished to a very high standard with all mod cons. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners live next door and were very friendly and welcoming. The property is located in a small friendly village set in the stunning countryside. We had a lovely week in the property which was a great base to explore the area with the coast was only 30 minutes away.
