Award winning Broadgate Farm Cottages are just 2 miles from Beverley in East Yorkshire. Ideal for large groups, we have two 4 bedroom cottages, a 3 bedroom cottage and three 2 bedroom cottages. Two of the cottages interlink to give a 6 bedroom unit additionally many of the gardens link. We can let up to 3 cottages to groups to sleep up to 26.
The Barn House has a dining table to seat up to 12 people, we can also provide an additional dining table for the Granary to seat up to 18 in total. The new Cart House dines 18 with extra tables available. With five cottages we have a combination that will suit groups of different sizes. Winners of 2013, 2016 & 2018 Best Self Catering REYTA. The Barn House is 4 bedroom, with an optional interlinking door to the 2 bedroom Foldyard cottage. On the other side of the Barn House is the Granary sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. The Cart House sleeps 9 in 4 large bedroom with room for up to 3 put up beds for children. There are also 2 further two bedroom cottages that each sleep 4. All of the cottages will also accommodate a travel cot and some have the option of a put up bed. Most of the twin rooms can be converted into an extra kings if required.
The cottages are well equipped and we have free wifi, Free Sat HD TV, DVD players and Hi Fi with dock or bluetooth.
The heat and hot water for our cottage development is supplied by a series of Ground Source Heat Pumps. Please read our environmental policy on our website.
