About this property
Fresh from an extensive renovation, Westwind Cove is a private five-bedroom oceanfront villa where contemporary luxury is framed by the beauty of Nassau’s coastline. Panoramic sea views are enjoyed throughout the property, while a private beach creates an exceptional sense of seclusion at the water’s edge. Inside, the main villa has been thoughtfully redesigned around spacious, open-plan living, with elegant lounge and dining areas positioned to make the most of the ocean outlook. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen provides everything required for relaxed entertaining and private dining, while several indoor and alfresco dining spaces allow meals to be enjoyed against a spectacular coastal backdrop. Five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two additional half bathrooms are complemented by a separate guest cottage and pool house, where a private bedroom, comfortable living area and kitchenette provide added privacy. A dedicated office with sweeping sea views also offers a peaceful setting when work needs to be accommodated.
Days at Westwind Cove can be shaped entirely around the pace of island life. The heated swimming pool is suited to leisurely daytime dips and evening swims, while the ocean-view jacuzzi provides an inviting place to unwind as the waves roll in. Sunset gatherings can be enjoyed around the outdoor barbecue, with the sea providing a memorable backdrop. Indoors, a private gym is equipped with a variety of fitness equipment and a flat-screen TV, while the games room offers a pool table, table tennis and a large LED TV for relaxed evenings together. Designed with families, couples and groups in mind, Westwind Cove combines generous spaces, modern comforts and exceptional privacy to create a sophisticated island retreat, perfectly positioned beside the sea.
