Istrian Hideaway offers a generous and versatile base for group stays, combining a main house with two independent guest units. The layout works particularly well for multi-generational families or groups of friends, giving everyone space to spread out while still enjoying time together.

The ground floor of the main house centres around a large kitchen and dining area for up to ten guests, flowing into two separate living rooms. From here, doors lead directly out to the terrace and garden, making outdoor living an easy part of the day. The two additional units each include their own kitchen, bathroom and private terrace access, ideal for those who prefer a little more independence.

Across the upper floors, four en-suite bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, with a mix of showers, bathtubs and access to balconies with seating. Outside, a covered dining area for up to twenty guests, complete with barbecue and food preparation space, is designed for long, relaxed meals as a group.

Guests also have access to a wider estate with shared facilities, adding flexibility for both social and more active moments during their stay. For larger groups, Istrian Hideaway can also be rented alongside nearby villas within the same estate, including Villa Borina, Villa Gorica and Borgo Istriano.

Istrian Hideaway is positioned in a peaceful pocket of the Istrian countryside, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and open green landscapes. The setting offers a slower pace of life, while still allowing easy access to the coast and nearby towns.

Guests also benefit from access to a wider estate, where shared facilities such as a yoga space and outdoor sports areas add an extra dimension to the stay. This makes it particularly well suited to groups, with opportunities to balance time at the villa with more active or social moments nearby.
