Poolside sun loungers offer sweeping views of the coast and plenty of options for sunbathing, while the covered terrace boasts a delightful dining area, a sumptuous outdoor lounge and a well-appointed summer kitchen with barbecue facilities. After a delicious sunset dinner and a glass of excellent Croatian wine on the terrace, why not take a dip in the villa’s fabulous jacuzzi, unwinding until the stars come out?

The villa’s elegant outdoor lounge flows seamlessly into a bright and airy living space, where the dreamlike vistas of the water continue. The lounge area features a modern fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and everything you might need to prepare a tasty meal, while the adjacent dining area provides a charming space for everyone to gather together and discuss the day’s adventures.

Villa Lun’s unique cellar offers a selection of excellent Croatian wines, spirits, and local delicacies such as Pag cheese and prosciutto. Guests will also find a private entertainment room with a games console, table football, and a pool table.

Upstairs,  the villa’s four bedrooms are cool and spacious, with understated furnishings reflecting the effortless natural beauty of the surrounding island. There are three double bedrooms, each boasting a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Another single bedroom offers a peaceful, cosy retreat. The villa also features a luxurious sauna.

Visitors to the sun-drenched shores of Pag are unlikely to forget the rocky, moonlike landscapes and shimmering turquoise coastline that make this island a truly unique gem in the Adriatic Sea. The island is conveniently connected to mainland Croatia by the Pag Bridge and a frequent ferry service. Novalja is the closest town to Villa Lun, which is just under six kilometres away, it has plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as supermarkets.

For those who wish to soak up the island’s lively nightlife, Zrće Beach is a famous Croatian party destination where there is music and dancing late into the night. In the seaside town of Novalja, a ten-minute drive  away, visitors will find a wide range of activities to enjoy, from  fantastic gastronomic experiences to music festivals, watersports and  boat tours.

Adventure seekers will be excited to learn that Pag is also home to ‘Life on Mars’, a breathtaking hiking destination. The four designated trekking trails encompass sixteen kilometres of spectacular coastal scenery. Meanwhile, several marked trails lead from the beach at Kolan to  Sveti Vid, the island’s highest peak, offering panoramic views of Pag and its neighbouring islands, as well as dreamlike sunset vistas. The peak can also be reached by car via a newly constructed road from Šimuni.
