The ground floor is spacious and open-plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise natural light and showcase the coastal setting. A comfortable living area centres around a striking, multi-sided fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen and generous dining area provide plenty of space for shared meals and socialising. Following a day's activities, the chance to relax and unwind can be found in the private sauna.

Outside, the terrace leads to a private saltwater infinity pool, sun loungers and an outdoor dining and barbecue area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers WiFi throughout.

Villa Marella is situated in the attractive coastal village of Rogoznica, close to Šibenik and the unesco-listed town of Trogir. Set within a sheltered cove, Rogoznica enjoys calm conditions and offers a good selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops, as well as a sports centre, swimming pools and a nightclub. The local beaches are a mix of sandy and rocky and are generally uncrowded, with facilities including showers, toilets and sun loungers.

One of the area’s main attractions is Dragon’s Eye Lake, a striking natural saltwater lake surrounded by steep cliffs near Marina Frapa. Boat trips are available to explore the nearby coastline, islands and secluded bays, while local landmarks include the Church of the Assumption and the medieval Church of St Nicholas.

With Trogir around 30 minutes away by car, and Split – home to Diocletian’s Palace, approximately an hour away, the Villa provides a relaxed base to return to following a day’s exploration.
