The sleek finishes and detailed comforts are apparent from the first step. A slick entrance hall greets you with stairs curving away to the upper floor and an open plan living space ahead. A cosy lounge is tucked away on the left and offers peace with warming colours of beige and blush pink and soft lighting. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, although with double doors opposite the sofa that lead to a private decked area it will be difficult to stay inside long enough to watch a film. A dining area bears to the right of the entrance hall paired with a modern kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher as well as modern luxuries of a coffee maker, juicer and toaster. The detail of this property is exquisite, from the lighting fixtures to the repeated wooden pattern across the ground floor.

Double doors in the kitchen lead out onto a patio with an outdoor dining table and grill to enjoy a feast with the evening sun. A sofa area is situated on the same patio level, with steps leading down to the private outdoor pool. With a view over the Adriatic Sea and sunbeds to soak in the rays, it will be hard to leave this corner of paradise. Enjoy the view in the evening with the soft lighting on the patio and pool, you can continue to enjoy this landscape all day long.

Upstairs is the three bedrooms. The master bedroom looks out over the sea, and with the wall of glass leading to a glass balcony, you can admire it from every angle. The second bedroom has similar minimal furnishings and the same incredible view of the sea with a smaller balcony attached. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds, a flat-screen TV and modern en-suites with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a large twin bedroom with space for storage, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom attached with a shower and bath.

The basement contains a gym, seating area and a modern bathroom so you have even more space to relax. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning run throughout the villa and towels are provided. The villa also comes with a boat that you can rent for the day from the villa at an extra cost.

Being an island, Šolta is connected to the mainland via ferries which run regularly but check the timetables as winter months may have a reduced timetable. Equally, you can travel by catamaran to the island which is ideal for day trips as you wouldn’t need to take a lot with you and it takes only thirty minutes. Hop on a ferry and arrive in bustling Split in less than an hour, Croatia’s second-largest city. With bricked architecture that dates back nearly two thousand years ago, you can witness the history of the Roman emperors and how the locals have integrated the historic architecture into their everyday. One of the many highlights of the city includes the imposing Diocletian Palace. Cafes, restaurants and shops fill the alleys in and around the palace creating a labyrinth of culture and history to explore.

Take a day to visit the neighbouring islands. Famed for its white pebbled beaches and preserved architecture, Brač is the ideal place to spend a day or two exploring and witnessing its deep history and enjoying the local cuisine. Stoned walls and buildings guide along its rustic roads and streets, giving you a different perspective of the coastline.
