Villa Zaire is located on the edge of Maslenica, a small coastal village set along the shores of Korinsko Mare. This inland bay, connected to the Adriatic by a narrow estuary, creates a distinctive setting where calm waters and open sea are both within easy reach.
A short walk from the villa brings you to a local pebbled beach, around 600 metres away, ideal for swimming and relaxed days by the water. Within the village itself, you’ll find a selection of low-key restaurants, cafés and small shops, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay without the crowds of larger resorts.
Korinsko Mare’s shoreline is dotted with quiet beaches and swimming spots, while the nearby Adriatic coast offers a change of scenery, including sandy stretches and access to island-hopping excursions. For a wider choice of dining and cultural sights, the historic city of Zadar is around a 30-minute drive away, known for its waterfront, markets and Roman-era landmarks.
Closer to home, the village of Novigrad (18km) offers a scenic harbour and hilltop castle, while Nin (40km) is well worth visiting for its historic centre and sandy lagoon. Together, the area provides a balance of relaxed coastal living and easy access to some of northern Dalmatia’s most interesting spots.
