Eymet , just 8km away, is a pretty destination with a vibrant expat community and a superb choice of eateries. Castillonnès (12km) and Miramont-de-Guyenne (10km) also offer markets, restaurants and shops, while the medieval lanes of Issigeac (18km), officially one of France’s ‘Plus Beaux Villages’, come alive on Sunday mornings with a renowned market filled with local produce and artisan finds.
