Faugères itself has a gentle, rustic pace. The house is on a road leading to the historic heart of the village. A short stroll brings you to a small café-restaurant, while a 15 to 20-minute walk leads you just outside the village centre to an organic boulangerie, a butcher and a seafood and tapas wine bar.
Within a 10-minute drive are the villages of Hérépian (9km) and Laurens (7km), each with a selection of shops, cafés and restaurants whilst both Magalas (13km) and Bédarieux (8.5km) offer even more amenities including supermarkets and train stations.
