The house is set on a pleasant lane with similarly beautiful houses, just off the road connecting Eygalières and Orgon. A 15-minute walk (no pavement) brings you into the centre of Eygalières, one of the most sought-after villages in Les Alpilles. Here, cobbled lanes wind past stone houses and shaded café terraces, while the lively Friday morning market fills the air with the scent of fresh herbs, cheeses and baked delicacies. Food lovers shouldn’t miss a visit to Maison Haché, the village’s elegant Michelin-starred restaurant, where seasonal ingredients are celebrated in refined Provençal cuisine.
