Eygalières (2.5km) is a picturesque Provençal gem known for its charming lanes, traditional Friday morning market and commanding views over the Alpilles mountains from its hilltop. Gastronomes should reserve a table at one of the high-end restaurants including the Michelin starred Maison Haché.
A short drive brings you to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (15km), famed for its Roman ruins at Glanum and the artistic legacy of Vincent van Gogh. Stroll its vibrant streets lined with art galleries, shops and cafés that spill onto leafy squares. It’s bustling Wednesday morning market is a highlight of the week.
