Reimagined with modern families in mind, the house offers eight bedrooms (six of them en-suite) and a layout that suits both intimate groups and multi-generational gatherings. The stylish lounge area is airy and sociable, with reversible air conditioning throughout the home ensuring year-round comfort.

In summer, life spills outside. A large shaded dining terrace invites long Provençal lunches prepared on the plancha, just steps from the heated salt-water swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a morning exploring. Admire Cypresses and olive trees as you lounge beside the swimming pool and savour the beauty of this remarkable region.

Near the Dentelles de Montmirail and foothills of Mont Ventoux, the surrounding area is a delight for wine lovers and foodies alike. From your doorstep, a private vineyard path leads to the wine estate, where tastings and cheese pairings showcase the best of local whites, rosés and reds. The local village of Violès, just a 5-minute drive away, features an excellent boulangerie, while celebrated wine villages like Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Châteauneuf-du-Pape are easily reached. Dining ranges from village bistros to Michelin-starred experiences, with charming Séguret and Vaison-la-Romaine offering both culture, history and cuisine.

Surrounded by sweeping views of vines and olive groves, close to a little canal, this beautiful location is perfect for wine-lovers, foodies and nature enthusiasts alike. Whether you're relaxing in the garden or heading out to explore nearby villages, the charm of Provence is never far away.

The setting feels secluded and relaxing, even during harvest time (as you are surrounded by a working vineyard), yet it is also well connected, only 450m from the main road leading to the picturesque village of Violès (2.3km) where you will find a very good bakery, bistro and pharmacy. Closer to home, you can walk to the wine château (who own the surrounding vines) for wine-tasting and even cheese pairing (book ahead).

When it comes to dining, you’ll find everything from Michelin-starred restaurants in Gigondas (8km), Vaison-la-Romaine (18km) and Châteauneuf-du-Pape (18km), to authentic family-run spots with set menus from just €25 in charming settings like Séguret (11km), one of France’s ‘Plus Beaux Villages’. Dozens of wineries in the surrounding villages – including Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise and Gigondas – welcome visitors for tastings and vineyard tours.

Outdoor enthusiasts will be in their element with scenic walks through the Dentelles de Montmirail and cycling routes weaving through the foothills of Mont Ventoux. E-bike hire is readily available, making even the more challenging routes accessible.
