Families travelling with younger children can make use of the private playground, while a professional-standard tennis court provides an additional option for active guests. The property also features a private helipad, offering an alternative option for arrivals and departures where required.

Akrotiri is a peninsula on the northeastern side of Chania, combining a rugged coastal landscape with beaches, historic sites and traditional Cretan surroundings. Its location provides relatively easy access to Chania while offering a quieter setting away from the centre of the city.
The peninsula has several beaches to explore, ranging from sheltered bays to more dramatic coves. Marathi and Stavros are known for their calmer waters and nearby tavernas, while Kalathas, Tersanas and Loutraki provide further options for a day by the sea. Seitan Limania is one of the area’s more distinctive beaches, set between steep cliffs and reached via a downhill path.
Away from the coast, visitors can discover several historic monasteries, including Agia Triada and Gouverneto, as well as walking routes through the peninsula’s rocky landscape. The Venizelos Tombs at Profitis Ilias are another notable local landmark, with elevated views towards Chania and the surrounding coastline.
Chania itself is within reach for day trips and evenings out, offering its Venetian harbour, Old Town, restaurants, shops and museums. Akrotiri is also a useful base for exploring more of western Crete, including its villages, countryside and well-known beaches.
