Villa Lilia is a traditional-style villa arranged across two floors, combining natural stone and wood with comfortable modern amenities. Accommodating between six and nine guests, the villa offers three bedrooms, flexible additional sleeping arrangements and a private pool, making it suitable for families or groups travelling together.
On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen and living area provides direct access to the pool and outdoor space. The fully equipped kitchen features retro-inspired appliances alongside a dining table, while the living area includes a corner sofa that can accommodate one additional guest if required. This floor also has a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom. Air conditioning and televisions are provided throughout the ground-floor rooms.
Upstairs are two main bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, television and air conditioning. The bedrooms are furnished with king and queen-size beds respectively, along with single sofa beds to provide additional sleeping space. Both rooms also open onto private balconies overlooking the surrounding natural landscape, while one of the en-suite bathrooms features a Jacuzzi for added relaxation.
Outside, Villa Lilia offers a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, with pool towels provided for guests. Stone-built seating with cushions provides an additional spot to relax, while shaded pergolas, a dining table and BBQ create space for outdoor meals. The garden is planted with olive and fruit trees, alongside a vegetable garden and beds of aromatic herbs. A garden swing and outdoor shower complete the space.

Lefkada is one of the Ionian Islands, known for its mountainous interior, traditional villages and coastline of beaches and sheltered bays. Sivota, on the southeastern side of the island, is a small coastal village set around a natural harbour, with waterfront tavernas, cafés and boats moored around the bay. Villa Lilia’s position towards the end of Sivota Bay offers a quieter setting with privacy and convenient access to the sea.
Around the island, visitors will find a varied selection of beaches. The west coast is particularly well known for its dramatic scenery and clear waters, with Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Kathisma among the best-known beaches. The calmer bays of the east and south coasts are also popular for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.
Lefkada is a good destination for exploring by boat, with day cruises and private boat hire offering opportunities to discover smaller coves and nearby islands. Sailing is particularly popular around Sivota and neighbouring Vasiliki, while Vasiliki Bay is also known for windsurfing and other water sports.
Away from the coast, the island’s interior offers walking routes, olive groves and traditional mountain villages where visitors can stop at local tavernas and explore at a slower pace. Lefkada Town, in the north, provides a livelier change of scene with its pedestrian streets, shops, cafés, restaurants and marina. The island is connected to mainland Greece by a causeway, making it possible to reach Lefkada by car without taking a ferry.
