Villa Tien sits amidst ancient olive groves in Frini, overlooking the azure waters of the Ionian Sea on the Greek island of Lefkada. Aktion International Airport in Preveza is a forty-minute drive away, or you can island hop via Ithaki, Kefalonia, or Meganisi. The villa is just five minutes by car from Lefkada Town, where you’ll find everything needed for a self-catered stay.

Located in the north, the villa is close to the causeway linking Lefkada to mainland Greece. To the west lie some of the island’s most renowned beaches, including Agios Ioannis, Kathisma, Porto Katsiki, Agiofili, and Egremni, many of which offer sun loungers, water sports, cafés, and bars. Inland, Lefkada’s forested mountains offer excellent hiking and cycling trails, with guided tours available. Mount Elati, the island’s highest peak, rises to one thousand one hundred and fifty metres.

Explore the capital Lefkada Town, home to the central square of Agios Spyridon, arcaded streets, and museums of archaeology, folklore, and music.
