Just four kilometres from the charming village of Kardamyli, this award-winning home sleeps up to eight guests and provides a serene base for exploring nearby beaches, olive groves, and traditional Greek hamlets.
Set at an altitude of one hundred and twenty metres, the villa features a private infinity pool, sun loungers, and beautifully maintained gardens ideal for picnics or al-fresco dining. The expansive terrace invites long, relaxing days with views of the Taygetos mountains and the surrounding countryside.
Inside, two light-filled living areas combine minimalist design with comfort, featuring neutral tones, sleek furnishings, and a fireplace for cooler evenings. Large glass doors connect the interiors to the patio and pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Guests can choose between two fully equipped open-plan kitchens, ideal for preparing local dishes.

It is approximately a three-hour drive from Athens, with the city of Kalamata located thirty-eight kilometres away and Kalamata Airport forty-seven kilometres. Known for its scenic beaches, Kalamata is a year-round destination, offering a five-kilometre stretch of golden sands from Verga to the city’s port, lined with seafront hotels, restaurants, and bars.
Ritsa Beach is a favourite among watersports enthusiasts, ideal for fishing, canoeing, snorkelling, parasailing, and scuba diving. Explore the beautiful coastline by kayak or visit the beaches of Stoupa. Discover the Byzantine heritage of Agios Nikolaos, or head into the Taygetos mountains for hiking and mountain biking, including a trek to the Peloponnese’s highest peak. An amazing and unique place! Someone has to be there so as to understand how luxurious this place is. The highlight is definitely the pool and the relaxing area around it. We did not want to move and live there forever. Thank you for your great hospitality. We ll be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in a beautiful house with impressive views of the sea and mountains, set in a seemingly unspoiled landscape. The coastal town which is only a few kilometers away is very charming and not too crowded, really very cozy. We were very welcoming and pampered by our Greek hosts. A special, fantastic location
