Villa Nerantzies is a welcoming three-bedroom home in the peaceful village of Nerantzies, close to Selianitika on the northern coast of Achaea in the Peloponnese. Overlooking the Gulf of Corinth, the villa offers sweeping sea views and generous living spaces, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests, with additional sleeping accommodations available on sofa beds if needed.
Set over two floors, the layout offers both sociable areas and private retreats. The south ground floor hosts a bright, expansive living room with exposed brickwork, a statement fireplace and vast picture windows that frame the gardens, Selianitika village and the glittering gulf beyond. An open-plan kitchen and dining area features a large table, a television, and a music system, with doors leading out to a covered terrace for alfresco dining.
The first floor comprises three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room, a library and office space. On the north ground floor, a self-contained wing includes two further bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an additional living area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, ideal for extended family or friends holidaying together.
Within a short drive of beaches at Selianitika and Longos, Patras, twenty-six kilometres away and Agio just a few kilometres to the south-east, the villa is perfectly placed for coastal days, wine tours and cultural visits across the region.
Villa Nerantzies enjoys a wonderful setting in the peaceful village of Nerantzies, with the seaside town of Selianitika just a short drive away. Here you can enjoy inviting beaches, traditional tavernas and local shops, with some restaurants also offering delivery.
The wider Aigialeia region is renowned for its excellent red and white wines. Several wineries, including Oinoforos Rouvalis, Cavino, Achaean Winery, Riras, Tetramithos and Karanikolas, welcome visitors for vineyard tours, tastings and cellar-door purchases, often accompanied by local appetisers.
Along the east Achaia coastline, you will find a superb choice of beaches. Longos offers clear waters, waterfront tavernas and lively evening entertainment, while Selianitika Beach is ideal for families, framed by beautiful scenery. Avithos, also known as Akoli Beach in Rododafni village, is known for its deep, cool waters, and Nikolaika-Elaionas, between Diakopto and Aigio, is a charming pebble beach with small seaside tavernas.
Nearby Loggos, founded in the fifteenth century, is one of the oldest villages in the Peloponnese and hosts cultural events throughout the year. Its museums house hundreds of fascinating exhibits.
From here, you can explore the Monastery of Agia Lavra, the Cave of the Lakes near Kastria, riverside tavernas in Planitero and the scenic Vouraikos Gorge railway. Further afield, Nafpaktos, the Mani peninsula and its historic villages offer rewarding day trips rich in history, coastline and dramatic landscapes.

We had great time at the Villa Nerantzies and the beautiful aera. The host was very helpful and kind. we had a very warm welcoming. The house is fully equipped and comfortable. We had some issues that not under the responsivity of the host and he helped us way beyond our expectations. We were there for 8 days, enjoying every moment. The little village itself is gorgeous, and has small winery. The whole area is amazing just get in to your car drive towards the cost and in-between the small towns.
