Head inside and reach the open-plan living space, complete with a sleek, fully-equipped kitchen, a handy breakfast bar, a dedicated dining area, and a lovely sitting area, offering a relaxing space to dine and socialise; a woodburning stove is on offer for those cooler nights, as you gather around the Smart TV for a Netflix binge. If the weather allows, travel to the rear of the property, beyond the external utility, and set the patio table, fully enclosed for your furry companion, whilst the lawned area enjoys views towards the rolling countryside, the perfect space to watch the sun set with a drink in hand. On the ground floor you will also locate a king-size bedroom with an en-suite wet room, ideal for those with limited mobility, whilst the remaining king-size bedrooms rest upstairs, also benefitting from en-suite shower rooms. Ballyhack is a small fishing village on the edge of the River Barrow and the Hook Head Peninsula, dotted with traditional fishermen's cottages, offering the visitor an insight into true Irish heritage. The village has a pub and shop, and is dominated by its historic 15th Century Crusader Castle. The area is an angler's delight with river and sea fishing available, and for the walker it is the starting point of the 48 mile Wexford Coastal Path walk, giving you chance to fully appreciate the area's stunning, rugged coastline. For a great day out, why not visit one of the numerous sandy beaches in the area or take the Passage East ferry from the village and visit Waterford City and the crystal workshop, New Ross with the famous Dunbrody Famine Ship and the JFK Trust, or Rosslare, the clifftop village? The Hook Peninsula is close by, home to the oldest lighthouse in Europe, and Loftus Hall, reputedly Ireland's most haunted house!
