Emerald House sits in the countryside just outside Doolin, a small village on County Clare’s Atlantic coast known for its traditional Irish music, welcoming pubs and easy access to some of the west coast’s best-known sights. The Cliffs of Moher are close by, with walking routes offering far-reaching views across the Atlantic, while the unusual limestone landscape of the Burren provides a complete change of scenery. From Doolin Pier, visitors can also take a ferry to the Aran Islands or see the Cliffs of Moher from the water.
