Finn House receives glowing praise for its spaciousness, comfort, and exceptional location near beaches and scenic attractions. Guests consistently highlight the well-equipped kitchen, beautiful views, and peaceful, private setting. The property is described as immaculately clean and well maintained, with friendly and attentive hosts. Thoughtful touches such as welcome hampers are frequently mentioned, though not guaranteed. Minor negatives include the lack of WiFi and occasional comments on bedding or hard mattresses, but these are far outweighed by the overwhelmingly positive feedback. Many guests express a desire to return, making Finn House a highly recommended holiday retreat.
Multiple reviews describe the property as immaculate, spotless, clean, and well maintained. Only one minor mention of some soft furnishings being a bit old-fashioned, but everything was still clean and tidy.
The location is repeatedly praised for its proximity to beaches, scenic views, privacy, and easy access to local attractions, pubs, and restaurants. The only minor note is a tight turn off the main road, but this does not detract from the overall positive sentiment.
Guests consistently mention the house as spacious, warm, cosy, and comfortable, with high-quality beds and plenty of space for families. A few guests noted hard mattresses downstairs, but this was a rare comment among otherwise excellent feedback.
The house is described as extremely well equipped, with a modern kitchen, multiple bathrooms, utility room, and thoughtful layout. Some guests noted the lack of WiFi and minor issues with TV/DVD, but overall facilities are highly rated.
Many guests mention welcome hampers, starter packs, and attentive hosts who check in to ensure a pleasant stay. Please note that such gifts are not guaranteed and may not be provided for every booking.

The house and facilities were just as listed but so much better. So much light on even the rainiest of days. Michael Finn is a lovely host with great communication. We enjoyed meeting him in person as he dropped off our favorite cookies from his welcome basket before leaving. We enjoyed walks down to the Atlantic Ocean and pints next door at Tomasins cozy pub. Finn Houseâs location is equidistant to Dingle, Tralee, Killarney, the Wild Atlantic Way, and the Ring of Kerry. Lovely stay, would love to return some day.

It is well furnished, the kitchen has all the equipment you'll need and more and the bedroom and beds are really comfortable. We were there the last week of April and were blessed with warm, dry weather. Miceal our host checked in with us by text a few times and there was a lovely welcome basket awaiting us on arrival. Lovely views from upstairs to the sea and the Maharee islends at the front and the fields and mountains behind the cottage. Just two miles from Castlegregory where you will find lots of cafes, pubs and eating places. However, Tomasins pub restaurant is within 100 ft of the house down the lane and is a wonderful place to unwind after a day exploring the Dingle peninsula, its many empty beaches, woods, lakes and walks.
