The historic town of Lismore is a short drive east, where you can find the grand site of Lismore Castle or take a tranquil stroll in nature along Lady Louisa's Walk. The seaside resort town of Youghal is also accessible by car, home to the lush sands of Youghal Beach and the landmark of Youghal Clock Gate Tower.

There are numerous long, sandy beaches within easy driving distance for beach lovers, and Waterford, Ireland's oldest city, is close by and is a vibrant city with fantastic shops, restaurants, theatres, bars, and nightlife. The Waterford Museum of Treasures and the House of Waterford Crystal are also located in the city. The Round Tower and St. Declan's Way in the village of Ardmore, the lovely Mount Melleray Abbey at Cappoquin, and the Historic Town of Lismore with its Heritage Center and recognisable castle are just a few of the nearby attractions. The numerous attractions of Tipperary, the "Premier County," with its breathtaking scenery and ancient landmarks like the Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle, are also easily accessible by car. There are several rivers, mountain paths, and golf courses in this area, making it perfect for anglers, hillwalkers, and golfers as well.
