While guests cannot use the professional kitchen independently, the onsite restaurant offers traditional Apulian cuisine crafted by a skilled chef, ensuring a truly authentic dining experience. The onsite spa (available for use at an extra cost) is nestled inside centuries-old trulli and offers wellness rituals designed to soothe body and soul.

Maritrulli is perched on a gentle hillside just outside Locorotondo, one of Italy's most beautiful and atmospheric villages. Surrounded by the rolling vineyards, dry-stone walls, and olive groves of the Itria Valley, the area invites quiet exploration and slow, meaningful experiences. Within a short drive, guests can stroll the winding, whitewashed lanes of Locorotondo's historic centre, known for its circular layout and traditional "cummerse" houses with pitched roofs.
