As the semi detached villa is in downtown Porto Cervo, it’s just a short walk or drive away to shops for stocking up on groceries, as well as designer shops for treating yourself to a few luxuries!
When it comes to evenings out, you have your pick of restaurants and bars. The marina is an especially great spot to enjoy a meal, as you can watch the yachts coming in to dock.
Cala Granu is one of the nicest beaches in Porto Cervo and is less than a 10-minute drive away from the villa. There’s white sand to lie back on and clear, calm waters for swimming. There’s also a café /bar for buying drinks and snacks. Other beaches worthy of a visit include Liscia di Vacca, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and Baja Sardinia.
There’s also some sightseeing to do in Porto Cervo, with pretty Stella Maris Church offering panoramic views over the bay. It’s the perfect place to watch a sunset before or after a meal in one of the nearby restaurants.
Go on a day trip to the town of Tempio Pausania (58km). It’s an hour’s drive from the villa and is a great base for exploring the lush countryside of northern Sardinia. The town is most famous for its cork, granite, wines and mineral springs. It also holds several carnivals and festivals throughout the year, with the summer being peak season. There’s also a weekly market every Saturday morning where you can pick up delicious local produce.
