With just the coastal road separating the villa from the coast, this detached villa enjoys one of the most coveted locations in the region, with the powder-soft sands and crystalline waters of La Pelosa just 250m down the road.
Indeed, La Pelosa is one of the most beautiful beaches on Sardinia – visitors come from afar to visit in the summer months. Do note that a maximum number of visitors are permitted on the beach from mid-May to mid-October and access is by advance reservation only (please see the beach's official website for the most up to date information on how and when to reserve). There are many other idyllic spots along this coastline from Le Saline (9.5km) and Tonnare (8km) to the wild cliffs of Capo Falcone where some bays can only be accessed by boat.
The nearby village of Stintino (3.5km) exudes traditional Sardinian charm, with its pretty harbour, inviting trattorias and relaxed atmosphere. Here, guests can explore local shops, sample fresh seafood or simply enjoy a gelato by the sea. Village specialities include octopus in garlic sauce, lobster and potato soup and spaghetti with urchins and sardines.
