The two luxurious lower-ground-floor bedrooms each feature an en-suite bathroom and offer direct access to the villa’s impressive gym and spa facilities, giving lucky guests a private wellness retreat. The remaining bedrooms and living areas celebrate traditional Tuscan craftsmanship, with wooden beam ceilings, terracotta tiles, whitewashed walls and rustic furnishings that create cool, inviting spaces.

The open-plan living/dining room flows seamlessly onto the garden through large doors, opening onto a charming terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area. Whether gathering inside at the elegant table or enjoying meals al fresco, guests can savour views of the lush grounds. Despite its secluded feel, Olivetani is ideally placed for exploring the region. Nearby Cortona offers shops, restaurants, artisanal goods and local wines from Montepulciano. Historic cities such as Perugia and Città di Castello can be reached in under an hour - perfect for chocolate lovers and art enthusiasts alike. For nature seekers, the beautiful landscapes and wildlife of Lake Trasimeno Regional Park are just 30 minutes away.

Olivetani enjoys a wonderfully secluded setting, surrounded by olive groves and tranquil rolling countryside, yet it remains close to some of Tuscany’s most enchanting destinations.

Just over a 15-minute drive away is the hilltop town of Cortona, home to fantastic restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. Its historic centre is a joy to explore, with Renaissance buildings such as the Palazzo del Popolo and charming boutiques selling handmade goods and the renowned vino nobile from nearby Montepulciano. History lovers can visit the Etruscan Academy Museum and Archaeological Park, which features ancient tombs, fortifications and Roman remains, as well as the cathedral and Diocesan Museum.

Within an hour lies Umbertide, a pretty riverside city marked by its medieval fortress, La Rocca, and the striking 16th-century church of Santa Maria della Reggia. Also under an hour away is Perugia, rich with medieval and Renaissance architecture, including the Fontana Maggiore, the Gothic cathedral and the Priori Palace. A visit isn’t complete without touring its famous chocolate factory - complete with tastings.

Art enthusiasts will appreciate Città di Castello, home to frescoes by Renaissance masters in the Church of San Domenico and works by Raphael and Lorenzetti at the Pinacoteca, housed in the elegant Palazzo Vitelli alla Cannoniera.
