Sky Blue Retreat is only a short 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk from the beach, and even closer to the shops, restaurants and supermarkets in Waihi Beach.

Exploring further afield, travel up the Coromandel Peninsula, to visit Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove, only an hour and a half drive away. In the opposite direction, the city of Tauranga is only a 45-minute drive away.

When you get home after the day's beachy adventures, rinse off all the sand and seawater under the outdoor shower. Super easy for rinsing the swimwear ready for day two!
