Now a classified Monument of Public Interest, it has been restored for exclusive retreats, events, and cultural experiences.

The estate features the Mystic Stone Villa building, comprising two private studio apartments and a main house with seven suites. A three-level tower houses a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped 40m² kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with fresh farm ingredients.
