Alcúdia Relax is located on the northern side of the Balearic Island of Mallorca, close to the medieval town of Alcúdia. This Mediterranean island is known for its stunning beaches, limestone mountains, impressive caverns and Roman & Moorish remains. Alcúdia Relax is a beautiful traditional style Spanish villa set in a private and quiet area with a light, airy and modern internal décor. This villa with its additional guest house can accommodate between 12 - 14 guests making it a great property for a large group.
The main villa has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a family suite with 2 double bedrooms which share a bathroom; each room comes with access to its own private terrace which is ideal if you fancy having a moment to yourself. The main living areas are open plan making it a fantastic space to spend time together. The garden area can be accessed through the various patio doors from either the bedrooms, kitchen, lounge or library; these large patio doors also allow plenty of light in and give you different peeks of the outside surroundings.
The lounge is light and spacious with a comfy sofa and fireplace leading to the library. This cosy space has additional seating and a selection of books for you to choose from. The large modern kitchen comes fully equipped and has a breakfast nook and table. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional guest bathroom.
A fantastic perk of this villa is that there is an additional guest house, this space has its own living room with access to the garden and comes with 3 double bedrooms which all have their own en-suite bathrooms and garden access.
Alcúdia Relax comes with a stunning and ample outdoor space which is perfect for everyone to get together and relax. Within the property's 3 acre plot you will find a large and beautiful landscaped garden where you will be able to catch glimpses of the surrounding mountains. The terrace area that runs along with the property and surrounds the pool comes with plenty of comfy seating, a dining set and a barbecue.
The terrace offers shaded areas with umbrellas and additional awnings available; there are also several ceiling fans to help cool you down on those hot summer days. The large private swimming pool is ready for you to take a dip in while the surrounding sun loungers are waiting for you to recline on.

The town of Alcúdia can be reached within a 15-minute walk; here you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It is worth spending a day exploring the charming town of Alcúdia, its restored medieval walls, narrow and winding paved streets and plazas give the place plenty of character. The top attractions include the 19th-century Neo-Gothic church of Sant Jaume and the Roman remains of Pollentia, a city founded in the 1st century BC that was the capital of Mallorca during its Roman occupation. Don't forget to visit the weekly open-air market where you can buy local products, fruit and veg, clothing and souvenirs.
Sant Pere beach is located at a 20-minute walk from the villa; this small beach has fine sand, clear water, beautiful views and a nice green and rocky backdrop. Here you will find a beach bar and facilities to hiring sunbeds and umbrellas, there are no water sports available, but it is a great place for snorkelling. If you are looking for a livelier beach, then the popular beach of Muro is located at a 10-minute drive from the villa. This long beach has a sandy shore, clear water, stunning mountain views and plenty of activities such as parasailing, windsurfing jet skiing and water skiing. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and facilities to hiring umbrellas and sun loungers.
There are 200 cave systems spread throughout the island of Mallorca, only a small amount of these fascinating and impressive underground chambers are open to the public. So if you fancy doing something a little different during your stay, why not visit Campanet Caves which are located at a 20-minute drive from Alcúdia Relax. The caves are hidden away in the Tramuntana Mountains, during the 40-minute tour you will explore the cave's amazing chambers, pools of water, columns, stalactites and stalagmites. Outside you will be able to admire the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
