Walk to the beach and restaurants, and swim in a private pool with a view of the river Albufera. The covered terrace has a comfortable seating area and dining table perfect for an al fresco meal from the built-in barbecue.

Inside, you’ll be wowed by an abundance of light from full-length windows and patio doors. The bright open-plan living and dining area has a television with DVD player, and the fully equipped modern kitchen’s large island doubles as a breakfast bar. With four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin and a single) and two bathrooms, seven guests can sleep in comfort.

You’re a short walk from the white sandy beach at Playa de Muro and several restaurants, including the Miama Beach Club’s sea views and excellent cocktails and tapas. Families will love the El Laberinto Maze Park (6 minutes) and go karting at Can Picafort (15 minutes). The villa also offers bike storage and cycling facilties, making it a perfect base for those coming to Mallorca for the fantastic cycling it has to offer.

This modern villa is 60 km from the Palma de Mallorca airport, on the northern coastline near the historic old town of Alcudia.

Alcudia is one of Majorca’s most popular destinations, known for its history, charm, and Gothic revival architecture. Its long sandy beaches offer plenty of space, with some spots ideal for snorkelling (though equipment hire isn’t always available). Families can enjoy the Alcudia Hidropark, which features slides, pools, and a water golf course, or explore the open-air markets and local cuisine in town.

Nearby, Cala Sant Vicenc boasts three beautiful beaches, while Pollença, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains (a unesco World Heritage site), offers hiking, cycling, and birdwatching. Pollença is also steeped in history, with the Calvari steps, a mysterious Romanesque bridge, and stunning scenery.

Alcudia’s main beach, with its soft white sand, shallow waters, and beachfront cafés, is just a 10-minute drive away. Sun loungers and deckchairs make it perfect for families. Inland, Alcudia’s old town invites exploration with its 14th-century walls, cobbled streets, and lively squares. Highlights include the Church of Sant Jaume and Roman ruins—ideal for soaking up local culture and atmosphere.
