This floor is home to a large double bedroom featuring modern ensuite facilities and a walk-in wardrobe. From here, patio doors open onto a vast, beautiful, fully-furnished terrace, the perfect spot for relaxing and taking in the incredible sea views.

Villa Nora offers guests the option of taking the stairs down to the second level or arriving in style via the uber-cool lift! Here, you’ll find another four equally stylish bedrooms with fresh, white modern decor and ensuite facilities. There is a spacious double with direct access to a hot tub terrace - the most luxurious way we can think of to enjoy those breathtaking views. Villa Nora features another double bedroom, as well as one with both a double and a single bed, and a dorm room complete with three bunk beds - ideal for the kids!

The villa’s ground floor consists of a huge living area decorated to the same high standards as the bedrooms, in fresh white with splashes of colour in the artwork and soft furnishings offering a warm, vibrant touch. The entire space is flooded with light thanks to the elegant floor-to-ceiling glass doors lining the front wall. The comfortable lounge has enough seating for the whole family to relax together in style, and the dining table for ten lends itself perfectly to cosy family meals and celebrations. The stunning designer kitchen is an absolute pleasure to cook in, with a huge amount of food-prep space, storage, and high-end modern appliances, including a stylish hob and integrated oven. The state-of-the-art features don’t end there; Villa Nora has a private cinema room, allowing guests the perfect opportunity to rustle up some popcorn and snacks and enjoy the ultimate movie night!

From the ground floor living area, you can access a covered, glass-fronted terrace that offers spaces to enjoy alfresco meals or just sit and relax with a good book or a couple of bottles of local wine. There’s an external staircase leading down to the patio, a huge private swimming pool surrounded by luxurious sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. This is the perfect place to enjoy an incredible day of sun, swimming and good conversation with friends and loved ones. There’s another partially covered dining area wrapped around the entire villa and lush lawned gardens featuring a variety of plants and trees offering cooling shade and providing you and your guests with your own private slice of Mallorcan countryside.

Villa Nora is ideally located for a family beach holiday to remember, with the golden sands of Puerto Pollensa and the crystal clear Mediterranean right on your doorstep. The area features fantastic children’s playgrounds near the sandy stretches, making it ideal for holidays with the kids. Suppose it’s peace and relaxation you’re looking for. In that case, you’ll be pleased to know that the beaches of Puerto Pollensa are much quieter and less crowded than those further along the coast. We recommend packing up a picnic, hiring loungers and parasols and making a day of it at one of the most beautiful spots in the region. Bordering the beach you’ll find a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes to enjoy, offering refreshments and meals to suit all tastes, including traditional Mediterranean fare, fish dishes, salads and burgers. While you’re here, you could stroll around the port and marina, enjoying the beautiful views of the horseshoe-shaped bay and out over the town.Less than fifteen minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa is the ancient town of Pollensa, which is well worth a visit while you’re here. The atmosphere in Pollensa is laidback and peaceful, with the area being one of the region’s smaller and quieter holiday tourist spots - but that doesn’t mean you’ll be stuck for things to do! There are plenty of beautiful sights to enjoy in the town, including the Museu de Pollenca, which is housed in a former 16th-century convent. Now a museum showcasing art spanning several centuries, this beautiful building is well worth a visit to appreciate its architecture and design, as well as fascinating artefacts related to the area’s prehistoric burials. Another must-see attraction we recommend visiting is the Calvari Steps, which lead to the top of the town and the beautiful little Church of Nostra Senyora dels Angels. There are 365 steps (you can count them if you like!), so be sure to wear suitable footwear! At midday, the light spills through the church’s gorgeous stained glass windows, which really is a sight to behold. Still, whatever time you visit, you’ll be rewarded with this stunning building’s intricate interior and some incredible views over the town.Suppose you’ve worked up an appetite after that sightseeing, head to Pollensa’s central square. You’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to bars and restaurants offering everything from traditional Mediterranean fare such as Tumbet (a vegetarian dish of aubergines, potatoes, red peppers, garlic, tomatoes and love oil), fresh seafood dishes, salads, steaks, tapas and burgers.
