Villa Fortuna is a modern and sophisticated luxury villa perched high amongst the mountains of La Font, Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca. Tucked away along of a quiet country lane in the much sought-after area of La Font, Chalet La Font enjoys a peaceful semi-rural location and yet is only a short distance from the vibrant atmosphere and excellent amenities of Pollensa Town, several appealing sandy beaches as well as various respected local restaurants.

Contemporary and minimalistic with a unique blend of ultra-modern furnishings boasting breath-taking views over the surrounding area. In addition to these attractive attributes, particular mention should be made of the views that can be enjoyed from the glass surround terraces and secluded pool area. The accommodation is on the same level, with the living areas at one end of the villa and the bedrooms at the other end. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have fantastic views of the bays of Pollenca. The master bedroom is located at the far end of the villa with a  large dressing area, contemporary design and en-suite bathroom. The two further bedrooms are both twins which share a bathroom opposite. The villa is fully equipped with a large-screen plasma satellite and Apple TV in the lounge area which has been fixed to the wall but can be adjusted to face any direction. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and adjacent a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island work surface and cooker, plus a dishwasher, microwave and massive fridge/freezer.  Leading off from the kitchen you will find an enclosed small artificial grass area which is perfect while cooking and watching over small children. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and has WiFi and also a DVD.

A long ramp, from the furnished terrace, takes you down to the rectangular heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) where you will find sun loungers and a gas barbecue. Despite the outside areas being fairly compact, the mesmerising views over the Tramuntana mountains and Pollensa more than make up for it.

Less than an 8 min drive ( 2.3 km ) to the Roman Bridge in Pollença and not much more than that to go to the Port de Pollensa where you will find sweeping sandy bay which lies 6km in the opposite direction. Popular with families, the cove beaches and good amenities of Cala Sant Vicenç are 5km while golf, tennis, water sports, horse riding, scuba diving and many excellent walking and cycling trails are just a few of the activities easily found in and around the immediate area.

The house is perfectly placed within easy driving distance of Pollensa old town (10 minutes), Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente (15 minutes each) and Formentor (20 minutes).
