Deluxe Panoramic is a stunning contemporary villa for eight guests. Built over two floors with the finest materials, Deluxe Panoramic is surrounded by manicured gardens, cypress trees, and offers ample private parking. It features upside-down living, taking full advantage of its hillside position. The first-floor living area is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a stylish balcony with outdoor dining, lounge furniture, and sunset views.

Inside, the villa boasts sleek wooden floors, white walls adorned with modern art, a chic kitchen with a central island, and top-notch appliances. There are four spacious, elegant bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom; three offer king-size beds, and one has twins. The villa also includes an exquisite rooftop terrace and a luxurious pool area with an infinity pool, sun loungers, and a Balinese bed.

The villas is located in the exclusive Bonaire area of Alcudia. This unspoilt coastal haven offers tranquility, pine-lined landscapes, and two charming sandy beaches—Sant Pere and Sant Joan—just a five-minute drive away. The area also features a marina, diving school, kayak rentals, and a selection of excellent bars, restaurants, and shops. The historic town of Alcudia and the vibrant beach resorts of Port d’Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are nearby.

Deluxe Panoramic enjoys a spectacular hillside setting in Bonaire, an exclusive and serene residential area boasting two idyllic beaches—Playa de Sant Pere and Playa de Sant Joan. Both offer fine sand, crystal-clear waters, and are just minutes from the villa.

A short drive away, Alcudia and Port d’Alcudia offer vibrant contrasts. Port d’Alcudia is famed for its seven-mile Blue Flag beach and a buzzing marina filled with trendy bars and restaurants. Excursions depart daily, including dolphin watching, glass-bottomed boat rides, and trips to Menorca.

Alcudia Old Town is a must-visit with its narrow, cobbled streets, charming cafes, artisan boutiques, tapas bars, and a vibrant market. Guests can stroll the medieval walls for panoramic views of the Bay of Pollensa. Rich in history, the town reflects Roman and Moorish influences, seen in the Sant Jaume Church, Sa Bassa Blanca Museum, and nearby Roman ruins.

Close by, Pollensa enchants with its galleries, boutiques, and gastronomy, while Puerto Pollensa offers white sands and calm seas. Formentor, a bit farther, rewards visitors with spectacular scenery.

Wine lovers will enjoy nearby vineyards like Bodegas Can Vidalet, Bodega Butxet, and the hidden gem Mortitx winery, nestled in the dramatic Tramuntana mountains
