A private entrance leads to convenient parking and a shaded terrace at the villa’s main entrance. Inside, a spacious and bright living-dining room blends rustic details like stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings with fresh, modern furnishings. Comfortable sofas, a dining area, and a breakfast bar flow into the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook and gather together. From here, an archway leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both styled with comfort in mind. The villa also includes a family bathroom and an additional shower room for convenience.

Outside, the living room doors open onto a furnished terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. Guests can spend the day swimming, relaxing under the veranda, or enjoying al fresco meals prepared on the brick barbecue. Your holiday villa is close enough to walk into Pollensa , a pretty hillside town with winding cobbled streets, overlooking the sea. Golfers will want to spend the day at the nine holes of Golf Pollensa, just a 5 minute drive away. For a day at the beach, head to Puerto Pollensa where the white sand and blue water attracts divers, sailors, and sunbathers galore. Wine could quickly become the centrepiece of your trip - Mallorcan viticulture is an undiscovered gem, so you’ll find excellent values and unique varietals. Look for wines made from the Callet grape; dark purple and grown only by the Mallorcan seaside, it pairs perfectly with sobrassada (a local cured sausage). Food and wine lovers rejoice - Mallorca is the place to be.

The property is located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

Pollensa has everything you need for a beautiful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views do not disappoint.

For days by the sea, the golden sands and turquoise waters of Port de Pollença are within easy reach, offering everything from family-friendly beach clubs to thrilling water sports. Nearby, the dramatic Formentor Peninsula boasts breathtaking viewpoints and hidden coves perfect for a scenic day trip. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will also find endless trails weaving through the Tramuntana mountains, a unesco World Heritage site.
