There are three bedrooms across the villa's two levels, one master room with a double bed and two with twin beds, making it a perfect base for a family looking to visit Menorca. The bedrooms have delightful views of the island's ocean and nature, with large windows to let in natural light each day.

The open-plan living and dining area provides ample space for socialisation at any time. The living space features two leather sofas and a TV with a DVD player. Kick back and watch something during your downtime to unwind.

The capital city of Mahon is only a short drive away, providing even more opportunities for activities and exploration. Villa Aire is located on the South side of the island of Menorca, an island full of thriving nature, breathtaking views, and welcoming inhabitants. Villa Aire is just a few minutes walk away from the town centre of Punta Prima, where you can find everything you need to assist your stay. Stroll down and browse the local shops that line the streets, sit down and enjoy one of the spectacular restaurants, or sip on perfectly crafted cocktails at a local bar. The restaurants serve a wide range of food, so there is always something new to try – or something familiar to rely on! If you fancy making use of the villa's well-equipped kitchen, there are several local supermarkets where you can stock up on snacks and ingredients.

The capital city of Menorca, Mahon, is but a 20-minute drive from the villas' walls. Here you will find even more fantastic activities to sign up for and areas to explore, not forgetting even more shops to visit and food to eat! Head to the Port of Mahon to book a glass-bottom boat ride, where you can observe the colourful fish in their natural habitat. History buffs, and those looking to explore beautiful architecture, should be sure to visit the Fortaleza de Isabel II, a wonderfully preserved set of ruins.

The island's highest point is right at the centre, Monte Toro, which stands at 358m tall. Here you will find the 16th Century monastery that provides exquisite views of Menorca's coastline; below it, you will find Es Mercadal and its traditional tapas bars.
