A neat country house close to the old town of Pollença and Port de Pollença with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior of this villa seamlessly combines authentic Spanish charm with maximum comfort. Terracotta, earth, natural stone and touches of wood have been built into the property, matching the natural shades and textures of the region.

Begin your stay with a sit-down dinner at the four-person dining table, or grab an extra couple of seats and get Mediterranean-style close while you eat! The cosy style of the house interior carries through to the adjoining fully-equipped American-style kitchen, which has wooden-beamed ceilings and terracotta tile flooring.

Extending from the dining room is the relaxing living room which has a seating area, a wood-burning fire, and a television, perfect for cosying up on the cooler Mallorcan nights!

Making your way up the beautifully tiled stairs to the mezzanine level is a single bedroom which overlooks the lounge and has a bed, drawers and a fan. Spread throughout the property are the rest of the bedrooms. One double bedroom with aircon and two twin bedrooms with aircon has been decorated to the same warm and homey aesthetic with orange floor tiles, white walls, and wooden ceiling beams. No matter which room you choose, you’re sure to start your day by being greeted by the morning sun as you enjoy a coffee in bed. Two bathrooms complete the house’s interior, each with a shower and toilet.

The villa comes with its own stunning private pool and measures approximately 8m x 4m. Surrounding the pool is a paved patio area with plenty of sun loungers for sun lovers.

As night falls, indulge in some outdoor dining in one of two low-key six-person seating areas. A built-in barbecue really adds to the natural style of the outdoor space, and you’ll be surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive, palm and fig trees.

Villa Bosch sits between the charming towns of Pollença and Port d'Alcudia in North East Mallorca.

Pollença is an ancient town steeped in a rich history which can be discovered at every turn of its narrow and pretty streets. The 'Pont Romà' two-arched bridge dating back to Roman days continues to be a draw for visitors.

The town centre houses the 18th-century Mare de Deu dels Angels church, which has a beautiful rose window. The church is a fine starting point for learning about the fascinating history of the town itself, which dates back to the time of the Knights Templar. The centre beautifully mixes history and tradition with leisure; visit on a Sunday morning, and you'll find the square lined with market stalls and local Mallorcans relaxing with a coffee after church.

Other historic buildings are a former Jesuit convent which is now the town hall. One of the town's most popular destinations is the Calvari church. Climb the 365 steps (one for each day of the year) lined with cypress trees and be rewarded with views of the town and all the way up to the Bay of Pollença.

A few kilometres away is Port de Pollença. The stunning Port de Pollença Beach offers a horseshoe-shaped bay with soft golden sand, sun loungers, and parasols and offers a range of cafes, bars and restaurants. The popular coastal walk is the Pine Walk, named for the pine trees which line the cobbled trail and take you along a beautiful collection of sandy coves and little beaches.

Only a short drive away is Port d'Alcúdia, a popular resort town which, at high season, bustles with people who come to seek fun and enjoy the restaurants, beaches and activities that the port has to offer. The main beach is Playa d'Alcúdia which has received the much coveted European Blue Flag for its clean waters. Being very family-friendly, the beach has excellent facilities, including showers, toilets, and changing areas. There's also a children's play area and gym equipment, and for those wanting to get out on the water, there's a huge range of water sports. Kayaks, paddle boats, and stand-up paddle boards are all on offer. For those wanting something in the way of relaxation can rent lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for the day.
