Located between the villages of Camapnet and Ullaro and not far away from Sa Pobla, this property has a very convenient and quiet location.

Campanet is a small town in the north east of Mallorca around 30-minutes’ drive from the city of Palma. This sleepy little pueblo feels a million miles away from the busy resorts on the nearby coast and is part of undiscovered Mallorca.

There is very little shopping in Campanet apart from very basic shops and a weekly market on Tuesday, mainly for fresh produce. The nearest large town is Inca, which is famous for leather goods. There are many specialist shops here and a large market every Thursday.

The major attraction of Campanet is its intrinsic beauty. Set between flat lands and mountains, this sloping site has a characteristic charm all of its own. The little town is also a delight to walk around with its narrow streets and authentic Mallorcan architecture. Seemingly, all roads will to lead you to the large main square known as ‘Placa Major’, where the imposing, Baroque church of ‘The Immaculate Conception’ - dominates the skyline. This impressive church dates back to the 18th century.

The town of Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area. The nature reserve is particularly good for bird watching as well as hikes and walks.

The surrounding area of Sa Pobla is a haven for keen cyclists and it isn’t without good reason that the Mallorca 312 cycle race starts at the Playa de Muro, the 312 referring to the number of kilometres which participants have to cover in one go. Situated at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, you can go on many bike routes from Sa Pobla.
