Villa Costa Canaria is a beachfront villa in the south of Gran Canaria, set directly on the sea promenade with immediate access to the walkway and nearby beach. Located between Maspalomas and the beach area of San Agustín, guests here are within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and well placed for visiting nearby areas such as Maspalomas and Meloneras. The property itself can accommodate up to 10 guests across various bedrooms, including a top-floor apartment with private access, making it a great option for grandparents or those in the group who appreciate their own space (please see T&Cs).

Outside, the villa offers a main garden space with sunbeds, a covered outdoor dining area with awnings, and a barbecue space, all leading to the direct access onto the sea promenade. The pool also has the option of being heated (please see T&Cs) which is a welcome option for those cooler months! Around the front of the property, there is another garden area with sun loungers, where guests can get a bit of peace away from the main social area.

Indoors, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen leading to the main social area with sofa, TV, dining table, and direct access to the pool area. Four ground-floor bedrooms are available here, with a mix of double, twin, and even bunk beds! However, with the sea and various attractions just a short walk away, we bet that you'll be spending most of your time out of the villa and enjoying what Gran Canaria has to offer!

The setting suits guests who like to start and end the day by the water - whether that’s a swim, a morning stroll along the coast, or simply watching the ocean from the. You’re also within walking distance of shops and restaurants in nearby Maspalomas, making it easy to settle in without relying on a car.

A short walk takes you into Maspalomas, one of the island’s best-known resort areas. Highlights include the Maspalomas Dunes - a protected landscape of rolling sand meeting the sea - and the Maspalomas Lighthouse, which anchors the nearby waterfront routes and promenades. The coastal promenade around Meloneras is also popular for relaxed walks, with plenty of places to stop for food and drinks.

Gran Canaria works particularly well for family holidays, thanks to its mix of beaches, reliable sunshine, and child-friendly days out. Families often plan trips to attractions such as Aqualand Maspalomas and Palmitos Park, which offer full-day activities beyond the beach.
