This wonderful villa is located in a very quiet, hilly residential area, 4km from the stunning beach of Canyelles, 8km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 10km from the Medieval walled town of Tossa de Mar. Canyelles is a lovely calm bay along the winding Costa Brava coastline. The bay offers stunning blue, crystal clear water, a marina and two sides to the beach, one organised with parasols, loungers and watersports and the other more natural and close to the rocks where snorkeling is popular. There is a fabulous beach bar and restaurant serving delicious fish and paellas. Just along the road, you can enjoy the heady tourist entertainment of Lloret de Mar.

Casa Canyelles is beautifully designed in a swanky, contemporary style with gorgeous wooden floors, upmarket, trendy furnishings and delightful vibrant colour nods along with huge canvases of white washed walls. It enjoys spacious open plan living areas with a stunning kitchen complete with a wonderful island and breakfast area. With top notch appliances, the chef in your group can easily prepare delicious feasts. The living room enjoys a gorgeous bright orange corner sofa which blends perfectly with the rich, wooden floor. A huge television is provided for your entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors flood the living and bedroom spaces with brilliant light.

The villa boasts 3 bedrooms, the master double, a second double with an adjoining office space and a delightful children’s room. The bedrooms all enjoy terrace access and the two doubles enjoy vast expanses of glass, a stunning feature. The villa offers two outstanding bathrooms, one with a semi-sunken bath and the other with a powerful, modern shower.

Casa Canyelles enjoys fabulous outside space with a choice of alfresco dining locations. There are breathtaking sea views, a lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool, plenty of dappled shade from the trees surrounding the pool, a children’s play area and outdoor parking. There are security railings on the top floor making it safe for children when you dine with a view.

Casa Canyelles is located in a tranquil, hillside residential area, 4km from the beautiful Canyelles Beach, 8km from the buzzy centre of Lloret de Mar and 10km from the medieval Tossa de Mar.

Lloret de Mar is a very popular tourist town with a varied range of entertainment and a beautiful coastline. There are 8 beaches in total, of which Canyelles is the furthest away from the centre of Lloret. The town boasts an attractive historic centre, beautiful ancient buildings, outstanding shopping, a pretty and a winding, characterful Old Town. The Church of Sant Roma is very attractive and offering a mix of architecture. The front of the church is in Gothic style built between 1509 and 1522 but inside you will see the art of the Catalan modernism movement. The stunning Santa Clotilde Gardens are located on the top of the cliff between Cala Boadella and Fenals Beach, one of Lloret de Mar’s best kept treasures. If you enjoy the gardens, you may also want to visit Marimutra and Pinya de Rosa botanical gardens in nearby Blanes. There are some wonderful festivals and events in Lloret de Mar, including the Clon Festival concert series, the Lloret Outdoor Summer Festival, the Fair of the Americans, Fenals de Musica at Fenals Beach, the Medieval Fair and the annual Carnival. The town comes alive in a thousand colours with parades, costumes, parties and music during the Lloret Carnival. Those that love the outdoors can take to many of the footpaths that trace their way along the coastline or wind their way into the forests. The Costa Brava’s famous walking route, Caminos de Ronda, passes by.

At Tossa de Mar, not only do your have its Medieval history to explore, you have amazing beaches and a lovely vibe. The Vila Vella centre is all cobbled streets, traditional houses, bars, restaurants and an ancient castle. There are two large sandy beaches with the main Playa Gran laying in a large horseshoe shape against warm, clear, blue water.

It is easy to take a day trip to Barcelona or Girona from Casa Canyelles. In Barcelona you can enjoy its Medieval Gothic quarter, Gaudi’s celebrated La Sagrada Familia and many other fascinating monuments as well as the buzzy Las Ramblas, the marina and the beach.

Girona is a fabulous jewellery box of galleries, museums, Gothic churches and a wonderful dining scene, all sprinkled along a web of cobbled lanes and medieval walls. The Riu Onyar separates the walkable historic centre from the gleaming commercial centre on the west.

The Costa Brava coastline boasts some incredible beaches. A popular trip is to the idyllic town of Tamariu, embraced by pine clad headlands or the popular, upmarket Llafranc. It is easy to see why it attracts film stars, artists and the rich. Llafranc boasts a fantastic cocktail of chic restaurants and bars, authentic fishing boats, inviting turquoise waters and luxury yachts, all surrounded by glorious fragrant pine trees.
