Formerly a two-storey property, the first floor is closed and not occupied, so all the living spaces are on the ground floor. The fabulous located is only a short distance from restaurants and shops, as well as the beautiful beaches that occupy the nearby coastline.

The interiors of Villa Calina are spacious and bright, with comfortable furnishings throughout that allow you to make yourself at home in a relaxed atmosphere indeed.

The living/dining room is a bright and airy space, with sunlight flooding in through the windows and doors that offer access and views out towards the terrace and pool. Offering satellite TV, this space is perfect for when you want a little break from being outside, yet maintaining a connection to it.

The kitchen is modern and stylish, offering all the amenities you need to cook some fabulous meals to enjoy either inside or al-fresco, you could even give barbecuing ago, making the most of the warm Spanish evenings!

There are two double bedrooms, one of which offers an en-suite as well as a further bathroom.

As you take a step outside, you have to take a moment to take in the surroundings, with a beautiful garden, surrounded by plants and trees, Villa Calina offers a certain romantic feel. You can spend your holidays topping up your tan on the sunbeds, while children splash in the pool.

Dine outside on the covered terrace and take day trips to the local beaches, or pop out for some Spanish tapas and local wine in one of the nearby restaurants. This villa offers something for everyone!

Located in a cosy resort, in the eastern part of the region, nearby to Calpe and Benissa. The resort is easy and stress-free, with supermarkets, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurants and bars all at your disposal.

The coastline between Calp and Moraira where the villa is situated is stunning, with three of the most beautiful beaches in the Costa Blanca. Shaped by its cliffs, swimming bays and a sandy beach, it is a striking backdrop for your holiday.

Calpe offers a beautiful mixture of old Valencian culture and charm with the added addition of tourist facilities, restaurants, shops and bars, as it is nowadays a popular tourist destination.

Calpe is a great base to explore the local area and the many local beaches, known to be some of the most beautiful beaches on the coastline.
