Enclosed by high stone walls and leafy trees, the property feels completely private, inviting you to relax undisturbed and enjoy its tranquil setting.
On the ground floor, the main living area is bright and spacious, with modern furnishings and vibrant artwork. Large sliding doors span the length of the room, framing the views beyond and giving access out to the terrace. Leave the doors ajar to enjoy a gentle breeze whilst creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. To one side of the room, a dining table accommodates up to 12 people, and to the other end, the modern kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing meals throughout the day. Just beyond the kitchen, a smaller outdoor dining table can be found on the terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. This terrace also features a huge outdoor sofa, and a set of stairs gives access to the terrace and pool below.
To the side of the front entrance, a staircase leads from the living room to the upper floors, where there are three opulent suites, all enjoying wonderful views. The main bedroom is found here, with a large double bed, a luxurious ensuite and a stylish dressing room. A further two doubles are also on this level, each with its own ensuite. All three rooms enjoy plenty of natural light and have direct access out onto the upper balcony that extends along the front of the villa, inviting guests to wake up and step out to admire the early morning views.
A further two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can be found on the lower level. One of the rooms also includes a dressing room, whilst the other has the opportunity to separate the bed into two twins. The sixth room sits within an independent apartment on the basement floor, enjoying direct access to the lower garden and grass lawn which wraps the property's boundary. With a kitchenette, double bedroom and private bathroom, this apartment is a great option for additional guests to have an autonomous space as it does not require access through the main house.
The exterior of the property is simply glorious, with multiple terraces and patios offering plenty of space for everybody to enjoy. A substantial infinity pool invites you to do some morning lengths or laze during the long afternoons and enjoy the cool water whilst looking out at the wonderful scenery. Plus, it's even available as heated! There is also a convenient bathroom and outdoor shower for rinsing off.
An assortment of comfy armchairs and loungers are arranged across the terraces, giving guests a choice of places to relax beneath the sun or seek out a spot of shade. A timber decking and pergola sit to one side, providing a lovely outdoor dining area, and the adjacent barbecue and wood oven are ideal for cooking dinner al fresco whilst admiring the sunset. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi offering an indulgent spot to ease into the evening or relax after dinner and sip a glass of wine beneath the stars.
Whilst enjoying a peaceful setting and spectacular views down to the coast, Vista Moraira is only a short drive from the region's picturesque beaches and lovely seaside towns. The centre of Moraira is just a short drive away, where you can find the lovely Old Town with its narrow streets and traditional whitewashed houses. There is also a 16th-century watchtower and historic fortress to explore, as well as a number of well-maintained sandy beaches, such as El Portet and Playa de l'Ampolla.
A 15-minute drive south brings you to the beautiful Cala de la Fustera. Sheltered by rocky cliffs, the quiet bay offers a crescent of fine white sand, giving way to crystal-clear waters. Spend the day at the beach, lazing on the sand and swimming in the sea, or grab a snorkel and explore beneath the water to see the wonderful seabed, which is well known for its rich 'Posidonia' seagrass. Head up to the Mandala Beach Bar, where you can enjoy a cold drink or some tapas whilst looking out to sea, or stay late in the day and make the most of the sunset over a plate of delicious traditional paella.
Passing through La Fustera, the Ruta Ecologica Benissa is a coastal path linking various beaches and inlets all the way down to Calpe. Accessible throughout the year and suitable for the whole family, you can walk along the cliff tops enjoying magnificent views and work your way to Calpe itself, where the trail ends with the monumental Penon de Ifach mountain, giving the landscape its distinctive shape. A further path takes you to the mountain's summit, leading through an impressive tunnel cut through the enormous rock. Whilst a challenging trail, the views from the top are certainly rewarding; standing at 330m high, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama up and down the coast.
Calpe centre has plenty to enjoy, with shops and restaurants dotted around the town and a buzzing nightlife in the newer district. The Old Town still boasts narrow streets and traditional tapas bars, and it is possible to explore the local history that dates back to the Valencian Bronze Age. For a unique experience, head to Banos de la Reina, located on the waterfront. Built between the 2nd and 4th century, the archaeological site once served as the royal spa, and you can follow in the footsteps of the queens and swim in the historic site free of charge.
From Calpe, you can also enjoy the coast via rail, taking the tram down to visit the lively city of Benidorm. Stop off for lunch at one of the chic restaurants, or take a walk in the iconic L'Aiguera Park designed by Richard Bofill. Separating the old quarter from the more modern buildings, the long green stretch of parkland is a great spot for picnics, and there are two amphitheatres which regularly hold shows and events during the summer months.
