Villa Adim is a sleek and contemporary villa designed to complement its Mediterranean surroundings. The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature double beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, with the principal bedroom also benefiting from a jacuzzi. The fourth bedroom is arranged as a twin room with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom includes bedside tables, a dressing or make-up table, wardrobe and air conditioning.
The ground floor features a bright, open-plan living space finished in a neutral modern style, enhanced by carefully selected contemporary artwork. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors frame the Mediterranean views and open directly onto a spacious terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living areas. Kalkan is a picturesque harbour town on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, known for its whitewashed houses, bougainvillea-draped balconies and sweeping sea views. Built into the hillside, the town cascades down towards a charming marina filled with gulets and fishing boats, creating a postcard-perfect setting. Despite its growing popularity, Kalkan has retained an intimate, boutique feel. Kışla, located just around the bay from Kalkan’s main harbour, offers a slightly more tranquil and residential atmosphere.
