Villa Kulak is located on the outskirts of Kalkan, in a small complex of villas, and can accommodate up to eight guests. The property features modern interiors and a private garden, making it a comfortable option for groups.

The ground floor has a spacious living area with an L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen, located next to the living area, is designed in black and grey tones and offers a well-equipped cooking space.

There are four bedrooms in total. The first, located on the ground floor, features a double bed, an en-suite shower room, and direct access to the garden and pool. On the first floor, there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to a shared terrace furnished with outdoor seating and each with a private bathroom. The top floor houses the fourth bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to a spacious roof terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Outside, the villa offers a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining area that is well-lit for evening meals.

The villa is well-situated for exploring the local area, with the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Kalkan within walking distance. Kalkan itself is a picturesque town with a harbour, local markets, and a range of dining options. Further afield, Kaş, approximately 30 kilometres away, is also worth a visit. Originally a fishing village and later popular with backpackers, Kaş now offers beaches, shops, and ancient sites.
