As you step through the back door, you will be greeted by the timeless beauty of original oak beams and stone floors. All rooms have original period features with some hidden surprises! The heart of the home is the well-equipped shaker kitchen, fitted with a kitchen island and beautiful lighting. The adjoining dining room is a delight with its exposed beams and original fireplace. An Alexa Smart speaker is also in this room to set the mood for dinner. The living room is where you can relax with comfortable period seating , a modern TV and French doors opening out onto the patio and garden area. Upstairs there are the beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own distinct character and charm. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite, the other two bedrooms have a double bed and a twin room with en-suite with a bath and shower cubicle. In the Old Milking Parlour, you will find a games room with seating!

The cottage was perfect for our stay in Ely visiting family. Great access for parking multiple vehicles and very walkable to the village. A little difficult to find due to the address being similar to the neighbors. We will absolutely stay again when in Ely. Staff was very responsive to our needs.

Beautiful, spotlesly clean historic home with lots of charm and all the modern amenities we could posibly want. Even a lovely welcome gift of food treats! Plenty of private parking and walkable to Ely city centre. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family!
