Fenside Way is a modern, detached rural retreat perfect for families or couples wanting to explore the Cambridgeshire countryside or the nearby historic market town of Ely, with its impressive cathedral. The well-known National Trust sites of Anglesey Abbey and gardens is less than half an hours drive away as well as the beautiful Wicken Fen Nature Reserve only a 5 minute drive away.
Built to a good standard, Fenside Way has a warm home-from-home feel and is lovingly furnished throughout. The heart of the home has an open plan kitchen/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, making it an ideal place for enjoying home cooked meals and watching the tractors drive by. On the ground floor there is a useful utility and cloakroom, great for leaving your wellies after a walk along the lane. Fenside Way also benefits from two kingsize bedrooms on this floor, one with a spacious wet room. There is a great family sized living room, an ideal place for relaxing after a day spent sightseeing, or for just relaxing and catching up. There are French doors that lead out onto the garden, and in the summer really help bring in the fresh air. Upstairs there is a light and airy super kingsize master bedroom with a modern en-suite shower room, alongside a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

A lovely large property, thoughtfully fitted and furnished to a high standard. Spacious downstairs with enough room for safely using a walking frame. The downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink has its own door, so it can be used by both downstairs bedrooms. The walk-in shower is large enough to use a shower chair. There's a separate downstairs toilet in the utility room. Excellent storage space, cupboards and counter space. Large table great for playing board games. The outdoor table is large and sturdy, the outdoor seats are sturdy and comfortable with attachable seat padding.Wicken Fen and Kingfisher Nature Reserve are a few minutes drive or short walk away. The town of Ely is under 15 minutes drive with multiple supermarkets, shops, parks, riverside, cathedral, local museums. The excellent Welney Wetland Centre is only 30 minutes away, and multiple National Trust properties are 20-45 minutes drive.

A lovely comfortable and spacious place. Lots of room for a family of 8 and a toddler. Well placed for a sense of nature and convenient for Ely as well.

Top quality holiday accommodation in a great location. The house has everything you need for a truly comfortable holiday. It’s so spacious internally with great sized bedrooms, lovely bathrooms and showers. It was perfect as my son’s wedding venue was literally the other side of the main road at Spinney Abbey farm. Only negative is there could be a bigger cafetière for a house that sleeps 8 🤣
