We have had such a lovely stay at Cranny Hill. Thanks to Andy and Tracey for being the perfect hosts and opening up their wonderful home for us to borrow. The proportions of this house along with quality, tasteful furnishings give a luxurious feel and everything has been thoughtfully provided; excellent, comfortable beds, spacious, homely living room, and the most wonderful heart of the home, the extensively provisioned kitchen with huge central kitchen table perfect for games night. We loved the beautiful wrap around gardens too… We were impressed with the big things, right down to the provision of multi sockets on each side of every bed… they really have thought of everything! (The welcome basket was the best we have ever been gifted!)We stayed here in mid September , were blessed with good weather and were able to eat al fresco. Rob and Sue were joined by our adult offspring, 3 of us from Swindon, two from Leeds, plus our two dogs, Willow and Wren.We visited Hunstanton, Wells by the Sea ( really stunning beach, woods and town), Sandringham Estate (grounds and café), lovely, and even made our way up to Skegness for a bit of contrast. We walked the dogs around the village numerous times ( go through the church graveyard and explore … some beautiful old buildings.)We bought snacks from Worzels Garden centre Lynn Rd Wisbech PE 14. ( Great sausage rolls and pork pies) and had an excellent Saturday evening meal at the Brothers in Arms restaurant (also farm shop) PE14 7LT. Fabulous especially the meat dishes, but our vegetarian was happy too. We have had a great stay, it is the perfect place for a family getaway, you will need to drive to some amenities, but there really are many lovely places not too far away. We wholeheartedly recommend Cranny Hill House and would definitely consider coming back one day.

My son, his four children (aged 6, 6, 9 and 14) and I were delighted with our beautiful and absolutely immaculate holiday home. I don't think you could wish for a more carefully and brilliantly equipped house to spend relaxing time at. Ultra-comfortable beds, superb lounge with very large wall TV, extra large kitchen, with every utensil you could think of, plus the AGA. A barbecue in the garden was put to good use, and plenty of garden furniture to help wile away the hours. Also, plenty of good trips within fairly easy reach - Hunstanton, Heacham Beach, Castle Rising Castle, Wells-next-the-Sea and Sandringham to name but a few. Our hosts, Tracey and Andy, were nearby, but never intrusive and always most helpful. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Cranny Hill House.
